Are you a Gold Star ⭐ Employee?

Costco is a good job. It pays my bills, gives me health insurance and I'm confident I could retire from there the company is so solid.

But when people ask me about working for Costco, I say all this then add ‘But it could be better…’

It's like we're at the Gold Star level of employment, while our coworkers who have organized have the Executive Level 😄

Taking what we already have and adding scheduling stability, a guaranteed set of higher company retirement contributions and the greater job security that comes with a contract and assistance with disciplinary procedures would put us in an position to be Executive Level Employees.
